  • All game progress, achievements, and saved data
  • All purchased content, virtual items, and currency
  • Your account history and statistics
  • Access to all Services associated with your account
  • Any active subscriptions (without refund)
  • Your username (it cannot be reused)

What Happens to Your Data

When you delete your account:

  • Personal Information: Your name, email, phone number, and profile information will be permanently deleted
  • Game Data: All progress, choices, and gameplay data will be permanently deleted
  • Purchase History: Records will be retained only as required for legal and accounting purposes
  • Communications: Messages and support communications will be deleted
  • Analytics Data: Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes

Data Retention Requirements

For legal and regulatory compliance, certain information may be retained for a limited period:

  • Financial transaction records (7 years, as required by law)
  • Records of legal disputes or investigations
  • Information necessary to prevent fraud and abuse
  • Backup copies (deleted within 90 days)

How to Delete Your Account

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

The easiest way to delete your account is through the mobile app:

  1. Open the RADIANTVEND app on your device
  2. Tap on your profile icon in the top-right corner
  3. Select "Settings" from the menu
  4. Scroll down to "Account Management"
  5. Tap "Delete Account"
  6. Read the warning message carefully
  7. Enter your password to confirm your identity
  8. Select a reason for deletion (optional but appreciated)
  9. Tap "Permanently Delete My Account"
  10. Confirm your decision in the final confirmation dialog

Method 2: Web Portal Deletion

You can also delete your account through our website:

  1. Visit https://radiantvendsdnbhd.com
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Navigate to "Account Settings"
  4. Click on "Privacy & Data"
  5. Scroll to "Delete Account"
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions
  7. Verify your identity via email confirmation
  8. Complete the deletion process

If you cannot access your account, you can request deletion via email:

Deletion Timeline

The account deletion process follows this timeline:

Grace Period (7 Days)

After you initiate deletion:

  • Your account enters a 7-day grace period
  • During this time, you can cancel the deletion request
  • Your account is deactivated but data is preserved
  • You cannot access the Services during this period
  • To cancel, log in or contact support

Permanent Deletion (After 7 Days)

If you don't cancel within 7 days:

  • Your account and data are permanently deleted
  • You will receive a confirmation email
  • Deletion cannot be reversed
  • Some data may remain in backups for up to 90 days

For Email/Phone Requests

  • Verification: 1-3 business days
  • Processing: 5-7 business days
  • Grace Period: 7 days
  • Total Timeline: Up to 30 days

What Happens to Active Subscriptions

If you have an active subscription when you delete your account:

  • Your subscription will be immediately cancelled
  • No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time
  • You will lose access to all premium features immediately
  • Recurring billing will be stopped
  • You should cancel subscriptions before deleting your account if you want to use the remaining time

Recommendation

We recommend canceling your subscription and waiting until the end of your billing period before deleting your account to avoid forfeiting paid services.

What Happens to Purchases and Virtual Items

Regarding purchases and virtual items:

  • All purchased content will be permanently deleted
  • Virtual currency and items have no cash value and cannot be refunded
  • One-time purchases cannot be transferred to a new account
  • You will lose all in-game achievements and rewards
  • No refunds or compensation will be provided

Creating a New Account After Deletion

After deleting your account:

  • You can create a new account at any time
  • Your previous username will not be available (permanently retired)
  • You will start with a completely fresh account
  • Previous purchases and progress cannot be restored
  • Your previous email address can be reused after 30 days
  • All new account purchases must be made again

If your account is involved in legal disputes, investigations, or violations:

Can I recover my account after deletion?
