OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in our Account Deletion Guide or contacting customer support.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Risk to the security or integrity of the Services
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

12.3 Effect of Termination

• You will not be entitled to any refunds
• Sections of these Terms that should survive will remain in effect
